2. The required fields, to the right, will populate automatically.
3. You have the option to use your own email address and receive samples of the applicant email notifications.
4. Check the Statement of Consent and I'm not a robot boxes.
5. Click the Submit button to see the appropriate online message.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• Once you have selected a Pre-Qualification Type, the instructions page will disappear and the pre-population information will be displayed. To return to the instructions page, use the "How To?" link, highlighted in yellow, in the upper right-hand corner.
• To view the standard Pre-Qualification landing page, close the instructions page by clicking the "X" in the upper right-hand corner.

Online Application or Secured Document Upload

If you chose one of the prequalified entries, you can click on the "I Confirm the Information Above want to Apply Online" button. This will allow you to complete the full online application.

If you use your own email address, you will receive all applicant email notifications and have the opportuntity to see how the automated Secured Document Upload Request process works.
